To book home nursing care, provide the patient’s location, current care requirements, required nursing procedures, preferred shift duration, and desired start date or time.

Advance booking notice varies by service type:
- Urgent Visits (Injections/Dressings): 1–2 hours
- 12-Hour Shifts: 4–6 hours
- 24-Hour Live-In Care: 12–24 hours
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash on-site.
- Shift Packages (12/24 Hours): Requires a 20% advance deposit.
- Single Procedure Visits: No advance payment required.
- Free Cancellation: Permitted up to 4 hours before the scheduled shift.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 4 hours of the shift incur a 10% administrative fee. If the nurse has already arrived on-site, the full shift fee applies.
- Refunds: Unused days are refundable on a pro-rata basis, provided a 12-hour prior notice is given.
- Replacements: Arranged within 2–4 hours, subject to availability.
- 24/7 Emergency Care: Available across Islamabad and Rawalpindi with a 60–90 minute dispatch target, subject to staff availability.
